Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Custom or personalised items (e.g. custom photocards) are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

Lost or Damaged Orders

  • Refunds or replacements are offered after:
    β€’ 2 weeks from the shipping date (UK orders)
    β€’ 1 month from the shipping date (International orders)

  • For peace of mind, tracked shipping is strongly recommended, especially for international deliveries.

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 7–10 business days.

  • During busy periods, this may vary slightly.

  • If you need an item urgently, please contact me before purchasing so I can prioritise your order.

Care Tips

  • Keep items in a protective sleeve to preserve quality.

  • Heat or humidity may slightly affect edges or colour saturation over time.
